- Have regular income or business revenue
4. Loan Application Process
Steps:
- Submission: You provide basic details through our online form
- Verification: Our team verifies information and documents
- Bank Submission: Your application is shared with eligible lenders
- Lender Assessment: Banks process and approve/reject applications
- Option Review: Eligible lender options may be shared based on your profile and documents.
- Selection & Disbursement: You choose an offer; funds are disbursed
Timeline: Our team aims to assist quickly after enquiry submission. Lender review, approval and disbursal timelines vary by lender, customer profile and documentation.
5. Charges & Fees
MoneyCashe charges are:
- Application Fee: FREE (no charge for applying)
- Processing Fee: Any processing fee or charge is determined by the selected lender and should be reviewed before proceeding.
- DSA Commission: Paid by lenders, not charged to you
Important: All loan charges (interest, insurance, documentation fees) are determined by the selected lender and disclosed before you sign the agreement. We are not responsible for bank charges.
6. Representations & Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and true
- You are legally authorized to enter into a loan agreement
- You have not misrepresented your income or employment status
- Documents provided are original and unaltered
- You are not under any legal restriction to borrow
- Your credit information is not fraudulently obtained
Misrepresentation may result in application rejection and legal action by lenders.
7. Limitation of Liability
MoneyCashe is not responsible for:
- Loan Approval/Rejection: Lenders make independent decisions based on their criteria
- Loan Terms & Interest Rates: Determined solely by the selected bank
- Website Downtime: We aim for 99% uptime but make no guarantees
- Third-Party Errors: Data breaches at partner banks or payment gateways
- Delays in Processing: Due to incomplete documents or lender delays
Disclaimer: MoneyCashe does not guarantee loan approval. Eligibility and approval are at the lender's discretion. Past approvals do not guarantee future approvals.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide only true and accurate information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Not share your application details with unauthorized parties
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- Not attempt to manipulate or hack the website
- Comply with all applicable laws while borrowing
- Repay loans according to the agreed terms
